Welcome to White Cottage Lake website......

White Cottage Lake is 4 acres and stunningly beautiful set in the grounds of a private country cottage located in the heart of Sussex, near Hailsham. The cottage, grounds and lake compliment each other to the highest standard.

We aim to provide highly experienced carp anglers with a truly peaceful fishing experience in idyllic surroundings and encourage night fishing and long stays.

The Carp are of exceptional condition and appearance and are to over 35lb. The lake also contains 3 Catfish, 2 of which are around 40lb the largest being over 70lb with additional coarse fish to keep a natural and ecological balance. 

All memberships run for 1 year and members are issued with a photo ID card to ensure security of our lake and fish. We operate a booking system which books your swim for your length of session.

Membership for such a venue, are rare and limited to an exclusive few. A waiting list comes into affect once a reasonable and fair amount of members is reached. 

An interview and vetting process will apply to all applicants, part of this process will include showing you around the lake.
